TAS Arts Trail 2011

As many of you know, I am a very proud Tasmanian! My homeland is perfect and the most beautiful place in the world, and I'll be the first person to advertise that! Even though most of my artistic career has been taking place off the island I still like to be referred to as a Tasmanian Artist, and how honored I feel to have my art included in the 2011 TAS Arts Trail!


The TAS Arts Trail is taking place in the shop windows of Elizabeth Street in Hobart's CBD and starts on Friday 14th of January until Sunday the 23rd. My work will be exhibited along with over 40 other local artists! Click on the link above and check out the website for details and a map!

Welcome to two thousand and HEAVEN!

2011 is bound to equal heaven for me! My birthday actually falls on 11-11-11 this year! I'm psyched that this is an omen... the doors are opening (three of them in fact), and 2011 is going to be a sensational year for me and hopefully for you too! Bring it on!!!


Making the move to Sydney has been the best! I don't mean to boast, but it it's been incredibly easy for me! It's like the stars have aligned and everything is falling into place perfectly! I have a great little flat in Darlinghurst where I live on my own and I've scored myself a fantastic freelance role with U-Turn Recycled Fashion! My skills and creativity are going to be utilized in many ways and eventually they will be exclusively stocking some of my 'Green' pieces! Stay tuned to find out what that means!


This week has been full of hustle and bustle! My first major fashion editorial piece was published internationally and the image which featured my garment made the two page spread at the start of the story!
